The Perth leg of the NavraInvest Limited and Navra Financial Services annual cocktail party and presentation is now scheduled for clients of Navra Financial Services, Unit Holders in the Navra Funds and for Shareholders in NavraInvest Limited.

The Agenda will include:

  • An address by Steve Navra on current market conditions, especially relating to rising inflation, interest rate increases and ‘Market Risk’ and themed around our new advice policy of ‘Migrating Client Portfolios to Safety'
  • The launch of our new range of funds that will allow our clients to further their investments in a safer way, incorporating guarantees and protection.
  • See attached list and description of New Funds

Post the very big market correction (Global Financial Crisis); we all find ourselves very much in recovery mode and although we have seen a fair ‘bounce back’ of world markets, I urge the utmost caution as markets just appear to be spiraling towards the next big crash, once again with increasing volatility levels becoming more and more evident.

I am strongly advocating an immediate 'flight to safety' and urge all, in the strongest possible sense, to attend these presentations.

All Navra Financial Services Clients are requested to attend on an almost compulsory basis.

Description of New Navrainvest Funds

The theme of Migrating Client Portfolios to Safety is strongly evident in the purpose and structure of the new funds.

1) Navrainvest Structured Property Fund

Navra ‘Optimised Investment Structure’ contained WITHIN a fund.

  • Currently clients are exposed to loan and debt risk in holding geared assets.
  • Most investors hold property loans up to 80% and share loans at 50% +.
  • Serviceability to obtain further loans has become a difficulty issue.
  • Management of the Structure (in severe market conditions) is taxing.
  • Clients in a recovery situation are VERY DEBT AVERSE.
The new Structured Property Fund addresses all these issues by:
  • The Fund itself borrows the money and assumes all the borrowing and loan obligations risks.
  • There are no serviceability issues for the investor.
  • The Fund manages the portfolio and structure.
  • Clients have NO DEBT with this structure.

2) Navrainvest Asia Pacific Growth Fund

The opportunity to enter the market in a guaranteed and protected way, using OPM (other peoples money) WITHOUT loan obligation risk!
