In about 2001 we read Robert Kiyosaki's book Rich Dad Poor Dad. Reading this was real eye opener for us and set us on a path that would eventually lead us to Steve Navra. As a result of reading Rich Dad Poor Dad we realized that we needed to get onto the Investor/Business owner side of the quadrant to get us out of the never ending rat race.

So we set about learning as much as we could about the investment options available to us in Australia. We came across a lot of really good information; however, we were not entirely comfortable with most of the strategies proposed as we considered some quite risky to our chosen conservative risk profile. There was also hesitation to actually implement the strategies as we had never, for example, bought an investment property before, and as with anything new, especially of this magnitude it was a daunting prospect.

We were fortunate to attend one of Steve's two day seminars and after listening to what he had to share, the pieces of the puzzle began to fall into place. With the knowledge that we had gained from our previous research, we were able to see that Steve was offering, a complete, holistic approach to wealth creation that fitted our desired low risk profile. We made an appointment to have a plan devised for us and set some exciting goals that would be made possible by the income generated from our wealth creation strategy.

It has been four and a half years since we embarked on our journey with Steve and his team. We are steady on track to realizing our goals and reaping the rewards of the strategy put in place. Steve is a person of the highest integrity who walks his talk. Nothing that he advises his clients to do, does he not do himself. We are indeed fortunate to have met Steve and embarked on this journey to financial freedom and the realization of our dreams.

Being in a small group at the workshop allows the questions and answers to flow freely which made for some good discussions. I also like the fact that Steve was a realist when it came to prices and returns. It certainly make it a lot more relevant for the Sydney market. Recommended.

A good friend of ours introduced us to Navra Financial Services about 3 years ago and we registered to attend Steve's "Optimizing Tax Structures" course in Sydney. The course was one of the best we have attended and we loved Steve's tested strategy of using equity from property to invest in shares to produce a passive income source. Prior to attending Steve's course, like so many others, our strategy was to draw down equity to provide money to live on.

After the course, we established a line of credit on our principal residence and invested in Navra's Australian Blue Chip Retail Fund. We followed this up shortly afterwards with a margin loan. Income from the fund in the form of quarterly distributions finances any negatively geared property and provides us with a passive income. As our properties continue to appreciate in value, we will draw down this equity and make further investments in Navra, increasing our passive income and our standard of life.

I am 50 and thanks to Steve's investment strategies, plan to leave the paid workforce at the end of next year with a passive income much higher than my superannuation will provide at age 55.

Steve and his strategies have worked so well and we have enjoyed all our dealings with him, that we have also bought shares in Navra Invest.

The word that come to mind is WOW!! Only $150 for the information imparted is a miricle in this day and age of extremely high priced seminars. For that alone I pass on my thanks to Steve. I had not heard some of the information before and it proved to be a real eye opener. I do believe that this will turn the investing methods of those fortunate to have heard it around. I urge you to book in for this chat with Steve. I would be astonished if you don't learn from this.

Just a quick note of thanks for a fantastic course this weekend in Melbourne. If you are lucky enough to get a seat, I can highly recommend the course. Steve challenges you to think differently about what you buy. More importantly, he has a methodology for the "how" as well, dealing with the all-important affordability ceiling issues. His cash-board structure is sensible, conservative, tax effective and sustainable. I had avoided shares up until now, figuring it's easier to touch and feel property than understand the vagaries of the share market. Steve offers a way to engage the share market in a way that ignores the vagaries and neatly side-steps the heard. Quite an eye opener for the confirmed propertyphiles amongst us! All this for $250 and a very open disclosure of arrangements should one choose further advice, it adds up to a very rewarding experience. Thanks Steve and his team.
